Privacy Policy

Dog Digest Media is published by Kulaib Enterprise LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. This policy explains what information we hold, where it comes from, and what we do with it.

Household address data

Our mailing lists are built from municipal dog licence records obtained through public records requests. We filter those records to active licences and deduplicate them to unique households. We use the resulting addresses for one purpose: delivering our printed mailers.

We do not sell, rent, license or otherwise transfer household address data to advertisers or any third party. Advertisers who buy a slot in an edition receive aggregate counts and campaign results — never the underlying list. Individuals who do not wish to receive our mailings can ask to be removed by contacting us, and we will suppress that address from future editions.

Information you give us

When you submit the request-information form, we collect your business name, your name, your email address or phone number, and any category, city or message you choose to include. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to manage your account if you become an advertiser. If you create a login, we also store your email address and account role.

Campaign measurement

Each advertiser’s mailer carries a QR code unique to that business. When someone scans it we record the scan and the destination, so we can report campaign performance. These records describe activity, not identity — we do not tie a scan back to a named recipient.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the business, including Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We do not permit them to use it for their own marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and advertiser records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you, or to suppress your address from future mailings, by contacting us through the form on our site.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
