Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

These terms apply to your use of this site and to advertising with Dog Digest Media, published by Kulaib Enterprise LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. A signed insertion order for a specific edition governs where it differs from what follows.

Slots and category exclusivity

Each edition carries a fixed number of advertising slots, one per category. When you buy a slot, no direct competitor in the same category appears in that edition. Exclusivity applies to the edition you purchased — not to future editions, other cities, or categories we judge to be adjacent rather than competing. Slots are allocated in the order they are confirmed.

Artwork and approval

We design your advertisement and send you a proof. Nothing goes to press without your written approval. Once you approve a proof, that is the version we print. We may decline or ask you to revise content that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the publication.

Payment and cancellation

Slot fees are due before the artwork deadline for the edition. Because print and postage are committed in advance, cancellations after the artwork deadline are not refundable. If we cancel or fail to publish an edition you have paid for, we refund your fee in full.

Circulation and results

We state household counts based on cleaned, deduplicated municipal licence records at the time of the mailing, and we report scan and lead activity from your tracked QR code. We do not guarantee any level of response, revenue, or return. Delivery is subject to the postal service.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you ask us to publish, and you confirm you have the right to use the logos, images, claims and offers you supply. You grant us the right to reproduce that material in the edition and in samples of our own work.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising from an edition is limited to the amount you paid for your slot in that edition. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
